In this sense, Amazon has prioritized medical supplies, household appliances, and other critical and essential items for everyone.

Why did the estimated delivery date change?
Sometimes you may see your delivery status keep changing, or it may say “shipping soon,” here are some reasons why you may see this, according to Amazon:
- The address you wrote may be wrong or more. Should be checked just in case. If you have ordered it to a PO Box or pickup location, your order may be too large for delivery. You must fully understand which items can be shipped to the pickup location.
- Remember, they successfully collect money when they ship your order, not when you place it. If your payment has not been processed, you should check the details.
- It is also possible that the item you want is out of stock.
These are self-explanatory and easy to understand, so you may want to keep these issues in mind so you can try to fix them as quickly as possible.
If you feel like you’ve just jumped too many hurdles to get your purchase, there’s always a refund option, and Amazon is happy to offer a refund within 90 days of the maximum delivery time if the following conditions are met.

- You did not receive the package even three days after the estimated delivery date.
- It says your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it yet.
- You received the wrong item and requested a return.
- You returned the item but did not receive a refund.
There’s also a guarantee specific to your product’s delivery, Amazon’s Guaranteed Delivery, which allows you to request a refund for shipping if the product isn’t delivered within the specified time.
If you want to claim a refund, here are the Amazon Guaranteed Delivery conditions you need to meet:
- You used a shipping method that matches the shipping options shown on the product page.
