- If free items earned as part of a qualifying purchase are not included in returns, the original transaction will be below. If a free item received as part of a qualifying purchase was not included in a return that resulted in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold and insufficient return transactions, you will be eligible for a merchandise credit for the return amount to cover the value of the free item.
- If an item you purchase is later reduced in price and you present the item in its original condition along with a sales receipt within 7 days of the date of purchase, Abercrombie will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment is allowed per item.
- Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned. Gift cards and retail credits cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.
- Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st may receive a full refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment. It will run until January 31st of the following year and is accompanied by an original receipt, invoice or order confirmation.
