- If free items earned as part of a qualifying purchase are not included in returns, the original transaction will be below. If a free item received as part of a qualifying purchase was not included in a return that resulted in the original transaction falling below the qualifying purchase threshold and insufficient return transactions, you will be eligible for a merchandise credit for the return amount to cover the value of the free item.
- If an item you purchase is later reduced in price and you present the item in its original condition along with a sales receipt within 7 days of the date of purchase, Abercrombie will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment is allowed per item.
- Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned. Gift cards and retail credits cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.
