How Much Do Amazon Delivery Drivers Make?
As of 2018, Amazon raised the minimum wage for U.S. employees to $15 an hour. Many seasonal workers did see pay raises, and they gained more experience and overtime during the busy holiday season.
Amazon’s minimum wage is higher than most other companies.
Either way, if you want to tip your Amazon delivery driver for a good job, they’ll probably appreciate it.
How to tip Amazon drivers?
Amazon doesn’t offer an option to tip drivers or employees on their site (unless you’re on Amazon Fresh.)
So if you want to tip a driver, you have to be at home when they deliver the product to make sure they get tipped.
A $3 to $5 tip will definitely make them happy, as they don’t receive much (if any) tips.
If you are away from home and there is no doorman in the building, you can try leaving an envelope on the door. However, this is very dangerous as anyone passing by your apartment can see it and take it for themselves.
