Why can’t my Amazon order be delivered?
Amazon orders may not be delivered due to various reasons. The most common reasons are an incorrect address, an item was lost or damaged in transit, or the package was not accepted when delivery was attempted.

Packages are not accepted
Sometimes, the recipient won’t accept the package, or the courier needs to sign expensive items and no one is home.

No delivery partner
Sometimes Amazon is unable to ship to specific remote locations due to a lack of courier partners in the region. This rarely happens, especially in the US. Almost every major city has a courier company that can even deliver products to small areas.
However, if sometimes the courier partner cannot operate in the area, it means they cannot deliver in the area.
Amazon will not deliver to restricted addresses, which includes prisons, correctional facilities, or other similar institutions.

The recipient rejects the package
