Menchie’s delivery?
Menchie’s partners with food delivery service drivers, so you can now order Menchie’s products online and have them delivered right to your door.
Menchie’s has ties to DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates and Uber Eats, which will deliver to homes and offices.
They recommend that you contact the store you ordered from first to make sure they can actually deliver your item to you.
What can I get from Menchie’s?
Menchie’s will deliver anything you order, even if it’s just a frozen yogurt cup. They also do large group orders, party orders and frozen yogurt cakes.
You just need to make sure the delivery service can reach you. For example, if you use DoorDash, delivery will depend on where you live—and how far you are from Menchie.
To be on the safe side, enter your shipping address into the search bar on the DoorDash website and see which locations will ship to you.
If you’re worried about Menchie’s frozen yogurt melting along the way, rest assured that your items will be packed to survive the journey. Grubhub claims they have enough delivery drivers to make sure your items don’t wait anywhere, and neither do you.
Does Menchie have an app?

Using the app, you also have the option to order Menchie’s frozen yogurt products and pay with your Menchie’s payment account.
The app has a handy “Find a Store” feature to find your nearest Menchie’s branch so you can check store hours and contact them if necessary. It’s important to make sure there is a linked store where you can pick up your order.
Menchie’s sells e-gift cards that you can purchase through the app and send to friends and family. You cannot currently use gift cards to pay for online cake orders and must be used in the country where they were purchased.
You can also submit feedback about your buying experience through the app and get “smiles” by completing surveys.
Menchie’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for all online orders made through the app.
How do you order Menchie’s delivery service online?
Selecting and ordering Menchie’s products online for delivery is easy and fast.Just go to their website and click “delivery”. First, you’ll see the “Recommended for you” bar, then you can move between menus.
- Froyo Cakes – Here you can design and order frozen yogurt cakes online for in-store pickup or home delivery. Froyo cakes must be ordered 48 hours in advance.
- Flavors – Here you’ll find a seemingly endless list of yogurt flavor options. Menchie says they have something for everyone – including fat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free. All Menchie frozen yogurt servings are 4 fl oz.
Menchie’s also has plant-based (or vegan) flavorings, all of which are available for delivery:
- Dark Chocolate Mousse (made with almond milk)
- Cookie Sandwich (made with almond butter)
- Chocolate Hazelnuts (made with cashew milk)
- Mint Chocolate Chip (made with almond butter)

“No added sugar” options include:

After making your choice, choose your favorite delivery app, enter your address, pay, and wait for your order.
If you place an order through Menchie’s app, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Here you will find your pickup information. If you need to change anything, you can call the store directly to change it.
They do state that the order cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of pickup.
What is my smile?
MySmileage is Menchie’s rewards program where you can earn a smile for every dollar you spend. You can also earn a smile by submitting feedback. When you reach 50 smiles, you’ll earn $5 in “Menchie’s Money” for future purchases.
You’ll get 25 smiles when you join, 10 more when you visit (within 10 days of signing up), and a free $5 froyo on your birthday (one froyo is a frozen yogurt dessert).
