How long does the flying club take to process?

Please note that the Flying Club processing and shipping process only takes place on weekdays. So if you place your “fastest for you” order on a Friday, you can expect your order to arrive the following Friday instead of Wednesday.

What is the shipping fee for Flying Club?
Flight Club shipping rates as of 2022 are as follows:
- $13.50 in 48 adjacent states.
- Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $15.
- Expedited shipping is $25.
- Shipping to Canada is $30.
- $40 for other international countries.
Can I ship my Flying Club order to a separate address?
Yes, you can! You can ship to a different address than your billing address. All you have to do is list the address under the Shipping Address section during checkout on the Flying Club website.

Can I pick up my Flying Club order at the store?

So you changed your mind after buying from Flight Club. What should we do now? What happens when an item is lost during delivery and the item is cancelled and returned? Thankfully, Flight Club has a strong customer service process that can resolve any ordering issues quickly.
Dealing with the Risk of Loss at the Flying Club
From time to time, your items may be lost between consignment and delivery. If you do not receive your order, they will, at their sole discretion, replace your order and top up your account.
However, this will be subject to investigation by the flying club and they will ask you to sign and return an affidavit before investigating your claim.
Can I cancel my Flight Club order? what should I do?
Yes, you can cancel your flying club, but only within the first three hours of placing it or until the seller confirms it. You will not be able to cancel an order if three hours have passed and/or the order has been confirmed by the seller.
If neither happens, all you have to do is access your order via “Track my order” or “my account,” then select “cancel order” and follow the displayed instructions. If you are checking out as a guest, you will also need to create a Flying Club account.
Does Flight Club process returns?
No, Flying Club does not process item exchanges or returns. All sales occurring at Flight Club are final. This is because the items sold on Flight Club are provided by independent owners, making it a shipping verification and consignment marketplace.
Whether the item is sold online or in-store, the previous owner who sold the item will receive payment for their item. The Flying Club is therefore unable to process any returns or exchanges.
