- In the menu, click “Statistics” in the upper left corner.
- There, you can view four-part stats based on the number of orders you’ve received, including your historical average rating, on-time percentage, and acceptance rate, listed in the upper-right corner.
- You can filter statistics by checking the last 14 days or the last 50 days.
- This is how you check statistics. Shipt always updates your stats the day before the current date, so you don’t have to worry about showing old information.

The most important thing in Shipt is that you maintain a good customer rating, the “average rating”, which will depend on the overall perception of your customers as a shopper.
