Luckily, PayPal’s functionality works 24/7/365 days a year unless something goes wrong with the platform that shuts it down.
However, when using PayPal to transfer money to or from your bank account, PayPal must operate during the bank’s business days and business hours.
Additionally, this means that if your bank is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), PayPal can transfer funds to your bank during this period.
Also, on weekends or holidays, when the bank is closed, the transfer will not be processed and you will have to wait an extra day or two to receive your money.
Additionally, if you submit a transfer to or from your bank account via PayPal after bank hours, your transfer will be processed the next business day.

Also, when you use a PayPal account that uses a bank account as your payment method, the funds will take 3 to 5 days to fully process if you use a standard transfer.
Also, if you use PayPal to transfer money instantly, it will be processed within 30 minutes, unless it’s on weekends or after bank hours.
However, if you use PayPal Instant Transfer on weekends or after bank hours, the funds will be transferred the next business day.
Also, because PayPal uses an ACH system, bank transfers and payments made through your bank account take 3 to 5 days to process through PayPal.
