- Next, click on “Send Invoice”
- Then, click “Invoice” and click “Create New Invoice”
- Here you can enter the customer’s email address and add the goods or services they purchased, the quantity purchased, and the amount owed.
- PayPal also lets you add personal notes, discounts, terms and conditions, or anything else you want your customers to know or have.
- After adding all the information, click Preview to see what the invoice will look like
- Finally, when you’re done previewing the invoice, click “Send”

How do I pay PayPal invoices?
To pay an invoice on PayPal:

- After that, review the invoice and click “Pay Now” to pay with your saved preferred PayPal payment method
