Where is the Wayfair store?
Wayfair previously opened a brick-and-mortar store in Natick, Massachusetts, in 2019, but as of 2020, it’s closed as a temporary pop-up. There is an outlet store in Florence, KY that sells returns and clearances in 2022. Most importantly, however, Wayfair will open 100,000 square feet of space in the King of Prussia Mall.
To learn more about Wayfair’s actual store, whether you can pick up from Wayfair’s Wayfair in the US, and more, more, go on!
Does Wayfair have a physical store?
Wayfair does have a brick-and-mortar store, located at the Natick Mall in Natick, Massachusetts.
It’s 3,700 square feet and features a Room Planner area and consultant, allowing guests to digitally create the room of their dreams.
Customers can buy from the store and take home the same day, or, if they’ve purchased a larger item, arrange for delivery later.
After closing the store in 2020, a Wayfair representative spoke about the temporary nature of the store and how it was an attempt to “test the waters.”
After the closure, Wayfair was mentioned along with another brick-and-mortar store, which would be two years later, the King of Prussia Mall in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
In June 2022, Upper Merion town supervisor Greg Waks announced in a Facebook post that Wayfair would take over the former JC Penney that was vacated in 2017.
The store, scheduled to open in 2023 or 2024, will be a spectacle. For example, within the 100,000-square-foot space there will be a café and a rooftop deck with a bar.
Also, Wayfair actually has an exit location. It’s located in Florence, Kentucky, and consists of customer returns and clearances, all below the original price.
Finally, AllModern, a brand owned by Wayfair, opened a store in Linfield, Massachusetts, and plans to open two more by the end of 2022.
Likewise, Furniture Today reports that Wayfair will open a 152,000-square-foot Wayfair store in Wilmette, Illinois, and a Joss & Main store in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Can you pick up from Wayfair?
Currently, you cannot pick up your Wayfair order from any warehouse or distribution center.
The company isn’t set up to offer pickup, so customers have to wait until their items arrive.
However, this is not to say that in the future Wayfair will open stores in 2022, 2023 and beyond, and they will not offer a “buy online, pick up in store” service.
However, since a Wayfair store has yet to open, this is pure speculation about the future.
Where is Wayfair located in the US?
Wayfair is headquartered at 4 Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts.
However, Wayfair has 18 fulfillment centers and 38 delivery centers in the US, Germany (including the corporate office in Berlin) and the UK (corporate office in London).
Additionally, some U.S.-based warehouse locations include Lathrop, California, Port Wentworth, Georgia, Houston, Texas, and Greensboro, North Carolina.
Does Wayfair have stores in the UK?
Wayfair does not currently operate any physical stores in the UK and has no plans to do so in the future
However, the company did host a pop-up in July 2019, a one-day-only event in London, with the showroom divided into four themed spaces based on “unique tourist hotspots”.
What company does Wayfair own?
Wayfair is the parent company of several brands: AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane and Perigold.
Each company has its own unique style and clientele, and Perigold seems to be “specifically aimed at people who own castles…”
Where does Wayfair ship from?
Wayfair doesn’t hold 70% to 80% of what they sell. Instead, they use drop shipping.
Dropshipping is when a customer makes a purchase on Wayfair.com, Wayfair buys the item from a supplier, and the supplier ships the item to the customer.
In other words, the origin of many items is as different as the supplier itself (some from China).
So the next time you place an order with Wayfair, check the tracking to see where the item came from.
How long does it take to get an order from Wayfair?
The time it takes to receive your Wayfair order depends heavily on the speed of shipping.
If you purchased an item for two-day or one-day shipping, you can receive your order within 1-2 business days.
However, if you purchase items with a longer window, you can expect to receive your order in a later time frame.
I highly recommend setting your search filter to two-day or one-day shipping as Wayfair’s shipping partners UPS and FedEx are very reliable.

in conclusion
Currently, Wayfair has no brick-and-mortar stores, as the previous brick-and-mortar store closed in late 2020.
However, rumor has it that a 100,000-square-foot Wayfair store will enter the King of Prussia Mall, occupying the space vacated by the former JC Penney in 2017.
