So, does CVS develop film? If so, where and how much? !

You can still take the film to the CVS Pharmacy for flushing. No matter what type of film you have, if your local CVS pharmacy is a film processing location, you can buy 35mm film, disposable cameras, Advanced Photography System film, black and white film, 110 film and slides.

Do all CVS stores develop film?
All CVS stores will develop your film, provided they have an in-store photo center. Each store charges approximately $12 for 12 impressions and your order will take approximately 7-10 business days to complete.
It’s important to remember that not all CVS stores have the same facilities. And those CVS stores that have photo centers don’t all offer the same service. So it’s best to call your local pharmacy (or the one you plan to visit) and ask about the services they offer.
But in general, most CVS stores will:

- print from film
- print from digital
- Do not return negatives
- High-resolution scans are not available
How much does it cost to develop a film at CVS?
CVS film development costs about $12 for 12 exposures. However, for individual pricing and the cost of different services, it’s best to check the CVS website or ask in-store. Also keep in mind that CVS offers regular deals and discounts on photo manipulation. Different pricing may also apply to pharmacy plan members.

It takes about 7 to 10 days to process 35mm color film at CVS, but for black and white film you have to wait up to 2 to 3 weeks. Also keep in mind that CVS will not return your negatives.
How do you develop film at CVS?
To develop your film with CVS, simply take the film to the store and request Film development envelope.
Fill out the order section of the envelope. You must indicate the film format you have and the desired number of prints. Put your film in an envelope and seal it securely.

CVS is apparently one of the last three major retailers to support the development of disposable camera film.

The envelopes are then shipped to a processing center run by Japanese photo company Fujifilm. Remember, your digital images will be returned to you, not film.
For a 4×6 photo, the cost of developing a single-use camera roll is about 36 cents. So the total cost of developing a single-use camera roll will depend on the number of exposures and the number of processes.
You can still buy single-use cameras (Fujifilm cameras in airtight plastic bags) at the CVS Pharmacy. The cost of these depends on which you buy.
