Costco membership allows prime members to add family members to their card for free. Corporate members can also add other members to their corporate membership for an additional fee.

- Go to the Account Details section of the Costco Account page
- You can add members to your family in this section
- Family members can pick up their Costco card at any Costco membership counter

If you are a Business member holder, you can add other members to your card for a fee. The annual fee for each add-on card is $60 plus tax.
