    If you are not feeling well, you should stay home, but you must do things the right way, including calling in sick. The best time is around two hours before the store opens.

    To call in sick, all you need to do is call your store and ask to speak to the Leader of Duty (LOD). If the store isn’t open yet, you can choose at the end of the message to force a call to the store if you’re a team member who needs a shift.

    What is Target’s outbound policy?

If the issue goes further and you feel that SM has wronged you, please contact the school district. Remember to have a good reason and stronger evidence that you have been wronged, otherwise, it is a lost cause.
